Cancellation Policy

I realise that things don't always turn out as expected and emergencies do happen, but I would be very grateful if you could let me know if you are unable to keep your appointment as soon as you possibly can.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and I would appreciate it if you would give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.  This will allow me to offer this time to another client.  

Please note that if you do not attend your appointment and have given no notice, then unfortunately you may be charged for the treatment you have booked.

If you arrive late for your appointment you may receive a reduced treatment time as a courtesy to other clients whose treatments follow yours.
