Cancellation Policy

Once you have made your appointment, that time is reserved especially for you.   Short notice cancellations are difficult to fill so please give a minimum of 48 hours notice  if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.  This will give me enough time to offer your empty time slot to another client.  

Please note that if you have not given 48 hours notice of a cancellation, or you do not turn up for your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost missed will be payable.    You may then be asked to place a non-refundable deposit on any future appointments made.
