I have had two treatments with Sharon both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and Sharon will tailor her treatments to suit you. I had a Thai foot and hand massage.You start with a cleansing foot soak and then have a wonderful massage on your feet and legs. While your feet are wrapped in lovely warm towels Sharon will massage your arms and hands. My tired and aching feet and legs felt thoroughly rejuvenated. My second treatment some weeks later was the Organic Facial Rejuvenation. All of the products used are natural and some have the most wonderful smell which adds to the enjoyment of the massage. I particularly enjoyed and benefitted from the massage around the eye and forehead area- it makes you realise how much tension you carry in your facial muscles. My skin felt fantastic and I could see the benefit to my mature skin. I felt good enough to leave Sharon's studio without applying any makeup except for some mascara and lipstick, that coming from someone who wouldn't leave the house without full make-up says it all.
